AFTER Little Boy Blue FIND OUT WHAT AWAITS DI HELEN GRACE IN THE SIXTH THRILLER BY BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. J. ARLIDGE: Hide and Seek

My review of Little Boy Bluehttps://northerncrime.wordpress.com/2016/03/28/little-boy-blue-m-j-arlidge/

My thoughts

AT LAST, the wait is over. If you were completely stunned by the ending in Little Boy Blue and couldn’t believe that M. J. Arlidge would be cruel enough to leave us on a cliffhanger, this will answer all of your questions. Hide and Seek starts at the point where Little Boy Blue finishes.

I don’t really want to go into what happened to Helen Grace in Little Boy Blue. This is one of those series that needs to be read spoiler free and book by book, in order. She was set up and left to take the consequences of someone’s calculated revenge plot. Suffice to say, it was jaw droppingly massive how this all impacted Helen. Poor, poor Helen! Helen is left trying to claim her life back and get evidence about the set up. Luckily she has help from her loyal friend, Charlie. Helen is not alone. It is a good job that Helen is tough and can stand up for herself. She needs to be. I would not want to be in her place.

With a few plot twists, a nightmarish setting and a killer lurking in the shadows, Hide and Seek is a great addition to the series. I cannot even say what it reminded me of, without giving the game away.

My advice is grab a copy of Hide and Seek. Shut yourself away from the world and find out what happened to Helen Grace. You will NOT be disappointed!!

*** Please note that it was agony writing a completely spoiler free review. I am dying to say what happened***

About Northern Crime

Reviewer with a mind of her own. This is a collection of book reviews, which started in 2014. Mostly crime and odd other genres thrown in. Some I loved. Some I loathed. You get the picture.
